The above rights may be exercised with an informal request to the owner or one of the managers, also through a person in charge. The request can also be sent by registered letter or e-mail to the address <a href=\"mailto:info@marcahome.it\" title=\"Send a mail\">info@marcahome.it<\/a>.\r\n                        <\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p> <strong><br\/>\r\n                            Treatments carried out and purposes:<br\/>\r\n                        <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n                            The following personal and identification data of the contact person who will interface with our company will be collected:\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>1.1 Company name of the company or service centre, identity of the association, name and surname of the sole proprietorship;<\/li>\r\n<li>1.2 Address of the registered office, operational headquarters or local units;<\/li>\r\n<li>1.3 Name and surname of the legal representative, managers, employees or employees;<\/li>\r\n<li>1.4 Credit institutions with which you have relationships and the related bank details;<\/li>\r\n<li>1.5 Telephone number of switchboard, extensions and fax;<\/li>\r\n<li>1.6 Institutional and direct email addresses;<\/li>\r\n<li>1.7 Documentation relating to websites developed on behalf of clients.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p> <strong><br\/>\r\n                            The data will be processed for the purposes:<br\/>\r\n                        <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n<span class=\"bold\">CUSTOMER<\/span>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>a) Management of customer relationships, data acquisition in the case of provision of services, supply of products, acquisition of data for financing, rental or leasing of equipment and software;<\/li>\r\n<li>b) Verification of the degree of customer satisfaction with regard to the services offered by <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span>, through personal interviews, sending questionnaires by fax, mail or e-mail;\r\n<\/li><li>c) Promotion of products or services offered by <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span>, exchange of communications concerning the economic, administrative and commercial activity of the company;<\/li>\r\n<li>d) Sending by fax, mail or email of advertising material on the services or products offered by <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span>;<\/li>\r\n<li>e) Promotion of events such as Workshops, Conferences, Fairs where <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span> is the organizer or participant;<\/li>\r\n<li>f) Issue of transport documents, invoices and credit notes, maintenance of ordinary and VAT accounting, management of receipts and payments.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>The <span class=\"bold underline\">provision of personal data<\/span> above is not mandatory, the refusal would prevent, with particular reference to the sub point. lit. a), the impossibility on the part of <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span> to be able to provide the requested service to the customer.<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n                            <span class=\"bold\">POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS<\/span> <br\/>\r\n                            Promotion of products, services, events such as workshops, conferences, fairs where <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span> is the organizer or participant; business consultancy, development of offers for <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span> services. <br\/>\r\n                            In addition to the purposes described above, personal data may also be processed to fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation or by community legislation.\r\n                        <\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p> <strong><br\/>\r\n                            Methods of data collection<br\/>\r\n                        <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Directly from the interested party or at the offices of <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span>, at the time of establishing the commercial relationship, placing an order, requesting an offer or entering into a contract;<\/li>\r\n<li>b) Directly from the interested party through communications via fax or e-mail;<\/li>\r\n<li>c) Directly to the interested party on the occasion of commercial visits for the proposal of products or services object of the activity of <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span>;<\/li>\r\n<li>d) Directly from the interested party through telephone interviews;<\/li>\r\n<li>e) Directly from the interested party through collaborations in partnership between <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span>, and professionals or professional studios with which the same interested party has collaborative relationships;<\/li>\r\n<li>f) In public sources such as telephone directories, advertisements by the interested party, through internet sites that are in possession and authorized to process such personal data;<\/li>\r\n<li>g) through the websites owned by <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span> together with the subscription to the <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span> newsletter;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n                            This information is provided to the interested party, or to the person from whom the data are collected, at the time of the beginning of the relationship, will then be registered and collected at <span class=\"bold\">Marcahome<\/span>, with registered office operative in Casali Cuserina, 5 28822 Cannobio (VB). The data will not be transferred abroad.\r\n                        <\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p> <strong><br\/>\r\n                            Storage Time:<br\/>\r\n                        <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the aforementioned purposes in compliance with the terms of the law, for the period corresponding to fiscal, accounting, administrative needs and to document ours.<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p> <strong><br\/>\r\n                            Rights of the interested party:<br\/>\r\n                        <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n                            pursuant to articles from 15 to 22 of the European Reg 679\/2016 You are recognized and guaranteed the full right to: ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concern you or to oppose to their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability.
